Development Support (Assistant)

Ideal Applicant

- Knowledge of basic website creation
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Clerical work experience
・Interest in PC settings would be beneficial
- Plays console and/or mobile games often
- Japanese-English interpretation. Other languages are a plus, but not required.
- Enjoys supporting others more than being in the spotlight
- Job responsibilities are varied. Aside from English ability, inexperience in some areas is OK.
- This position provides the opportunity to learn the skills of an assistant producer in the future.
Responsibilities - Communicate in English via email, translate documents into English, etc.
(Tasks provide communication support for creators.)
- Manage the company's website and social media
(Website creation is handled by another department.)
- Assist with PC and server help desk
(Main responsibility is connecting others to IT experts.)
- Clerical work
(Prior experience with personnel management, etc. is not necessary.)
- General game development support
(No game development experience is required.)
- Manage schedule of game development
(Use management tools to organize tasks, schedules, and milestones.)
- Manage internal QA
(Set internal debug policies, implement them, and manage reports. Also negotiate with external QA companies.)
- Confirm and manage various requirements of development.
(English proficiency will be needed to understand the requirements for each platform.)
- Promote and advertise developed titles
(Plan ads and promotions on various media. Plan and manage company website and social media.)

Not all tasks are performed alone. Some will be conducted as a team.
Minimum Qualifications Applicants do not need prior experience with all job duties since tasks are spread over many areas of expertise.
More experience is always appreciated, but we encourage those interested to apply even if they are not skilled in certain areas.

Employment Type Permanent Employee
(Contract and part-time positions are also occasionally available.)
Hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)
Break: 1 PM to 2 PM

Salary

Mid-Career

  • Salary based on relevant experience, skills, etc.
    Paid in equal installments each month, not including a bonus.
  • Incentive bonus (based on sales of developed title and amount of contribution)
  • Overtime (45 hours) pay is included in the salary amount
    If the amount of overtime for the month exceeds this (including past overtime allowance
    hours that weren't used), you will be paid for the extra hours separately.
    Example: If your salary is 4,200,000 yen, you will be paid 260,612 yen (base amount) + 89,388 yen (overtime allowance) = 350,000 yen per month.

New Graduate

  • Salary of 3,240,000 yen (standard amount)
    Paid in equal installments each month, not including a bonus.
  • Incentive bonus (based on sales of developed title and amount of contribution)
  • Overtime (45 hours) pay is included in the salary amount
    If the amount of overtime for the month exceeds this (including past overtime allowance
    hours that weren't used), you will be paid for the extra hours separately.
    Example: You will be paid 201,044 yen (base amount) + 68,956 yen (overtime allowance) = 270,000 yen per month.
Allowances Commuting allowance
Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Paid leave, summer holidays, year-end/new year holidays, special occasion leave, etc.
(Leave may either be paid or unpaid, depending on the type.
After introducing a buyback system for unused and expired leave, our leave usage rate reached 100%.)

Other Trial period: 3 months (up to 6 months; salary remains the same)
